BPMate is designed to help you track and monitor your cardiovascular health through blood pressure logging, and analytics. By using our Service, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

Use of the Service

BPMate is designed to help you monitor your cardiovascular health through various features including blood pressure logging, trend analysis, and PDF report generation. You are responsible for your use of the service. BPMate is not a medical device and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Subscription and Payments

BPMate may offer subscriptions for premium features, advanced analytics, or unlimited logging. Payment will be processed through RevenueCat, and your payment information will be handled in accordance with their privacy policy. Some features may be available for free, while others require a premium subscription. Subscription auto-renewal can be managed through your app store/play store account settings.

Health Data and Medical Information

All health data you enter into BPMate, including blood pressure readings, heart rate measurements, and personal notes, remains your property. While we provide tools to help you understand your health data based on AHA guidelines, this information is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult with qualified healthcare professionals for medical decisions.

Data Export and Reports

BPMate allows you to export your health data as PDF reports for personal records or sharing with healthcare providers. These reports are generated based on the data you have entered and are intended to support your health management discussions with medical professionals.

Medical Disclaimer

BPMate is a blood pressure monitoring app, not a medical device. The app provides a way to track and analyze blood pressure data, but it cannot diagnose conditions, provide treatment recommendations, or replace professional medical care. Limitation of Liability

This includes but is not limited to any health-related decisions, medical outcomes, or reliance on the health information provided through the app. BPMate is not liable for any technical issues, data loss, or service interruptions.
